Membership in the Mining Foundation

Because Mining is International in Scope, the Foundation Membership has no Restrictions.

The change of status from Club to Foundation allows your membership donation to become tax deductible*. It is primarily through dues and donations that MFSW can continue to pursue its goals. Please help continue the task of educating the public about the mining industry and assuring that well-prepared, new engineers, and geologists enter the industry. You can do this by:

Joining the Foundation at one of the levels of support listed below, or
Making a Donation.

For Nominal annual dues paid each February you will receive our Concentrates Newsletter and the membership directory.

Voting membership requires an annual minimum donation of $100. There are several other contribution levels at which you may join the MFSW.

We would be most pleased to have you, and/or your organization, join us as an active and/or contributing member. You may contact us about membership and donations by selecting a membership type, and filling out the rest of the form.

*Associate Member -*	Contribution less than $100
*Voting Member -*	Minimum Contribution of $100
	Votes in all MFSW elections.
	Eligible for election to the Board of Governors.
*Silver Member -*	Contribution of $250 or greater
	All privileges of a Voting Member
	Recognized as a 'Silver Member' in the directory, Hall of Fame Program,and other press releases
*Gold Member -*	Contribution of $500 or greater
	All privileges of a Voting Member Recognized as a 'Gold Member' in the directory, Hall of Fame Program, and other press releases.
*Sustaining Member -*	Contribution of $5000 or greater All privileges of a Voting Member Recognized as a 'Sustaining Member' in the directory, Hall of Fame Program, and other press releases One position on the Board of Governors comes with this level of membership.
