2008 Inductee to the American Mining Hall of Fame, Timothy R. Snider accepts his plaque from 2008 Hall of Fame chairman, Robert Metz.

John Lacy honors Samuel Heintzelman, 2008 Inductee from Mining’s Past.  The award was accepted by Herb Welhener , who was  dressed in the uniform of a Union Cavalry officer and bore a striking resemblance to Heintzelman.

Spencer Titley (left) presents the plaque to the 2nd Inductee from Mining’s Past, R.A.F. Penrose.  Eric Seedorff accepts the honor on Penrose’s behalf.
