The 2001 (19th) American Mining Hall of Fame Annual Awards Banquet

   The 2001 American Mining Hall of Fame banquet, presented by the Mining Foundation of the Southwest, was held Saturday, December 1, 2001. Once again the banquet was in the Ball Room of the Westin La Paloma Resort. The Resort is located at 3800 East Sunrise Drive, Tucson, Arizona 85750, 520-742-6000. The event commenced with a hosted cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m., and the Awards Presentation at 8:30 p.m.
